Think of Mephitis too when the person has long standing respiratory disorder with tuberculosis, asthma, etc with habit of alcoholism. Choking of food is usually the presenting symptom with suffocative cough that is aggravated by talking or drinking. Characteristically better by having a cold bath!!
Remember that in very severe cases of asthma, there might be absolutely no wheezing (called silent chest). Can be misleading! Probably the severe airway obstruction leads to very low air-flow rates, which do not produce any sounds and also physical obstruction of small airways with viscid mucus can be there.
Types of dizziness-
Vertigenous- true vertigo in which patient tells everything seems to revolve around him/her.
Syncopal- sudden darkness in front of the eyes with the feeling of unconsciousness for a second or two.

Psychogenic- spinning sensation inside the head
Multisensory- Old age with deficit of all senses, like moderate deafness, cataract, peripheral neuropathy, etc

Cardiac patients should avoid early morning walks in chilly winters (without woolen protection). Chances of mitral stenosis due to left atrial failure are high that leads to breathlessness and asthma-like symptoms in such patients. Doctors must be rule out MS in such patients.
